Summer 2026 Extended Stay Discount
June 25, 2026 through September 6, 2026, lodging stays of 7 to 10 consecutive nights receive a discount of 5% off standard lodging rates. Lodging stays of 11 or more consecutive nights receive 10% off standard lodging rates. Discount applies only to June 25, 2026 through September 6, 2026 lodging dates. Discounts cannot be combined; no other discounts apply.
Fall 2026 Extended Stay Discount
September 7, 2026 through November 30, 2026, lodging stays of five or more consecutive nights receive a 15% discount off standard lodging rates. Discount applies only to September 7, 2026 through November 30, 2026 lodging dates. Discounts cannot be combined; no other discounts apply.
December 2026 Early Season Optimist
For overnight lodging dates December 2, 2026 through December 25, 2026 we are offering a flexible cancellation policy. Eligible reservation dates may be cancelled on 24 hour notice and your deposit will be returned minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. Alternatively, you may apply your deposit to a new reservation for a later visit (the new reservation must be booked at the time of your cancellation and the new reservation is subject to our standard deposit/cancellation policy). This flexible cancellation policy applies only to December 2 – December 25, 2026 lodging dates and is not transferable.
March 2027 Late Season Optimist
For overnight lodging dates March 7, 2027 through March 27, 2027 we are offering a flexible cancellation policy. Eligible reservation dates may be cancelled on 24 hour notice and your deposit will be returned minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. Alternatively, you may apply your deposit to a new reservation for a later visit (the new reservation must be booked at the time of your cancellation and the new reservation is subject to our standard deposit/cancellation policy). This flexible cancellation policy applies only to March 7, 2027 through March 27, 2027 lodging dates, and is not transferable.
Family Reunion and Group Lodging Packages
Summer Group Discounts: Discounts may be available for rental of the entire resort (recommended for groups of 40 to 60), or rental of four or more lodging units including the Lapin farmhouse (recommended for groups of 15 to 40). To be eligible for discount, group bookings must be done by phone with a single payment contact. Call 518-863-4974 for availability and details. (Some dates are not offered for group discount.)
