Cribs & Cots are available at no charge. Please reserve in advance. Available for Rental: Junior and Adult Traditional, Short and Midlength Skis, Boots, Poles along with Performance/Skating Skis; Ice skates; Junior and Adult Snowshoes; Pulk Sleds to pull children behind as you ski; Kicksleds; Tubes! (Advance reservations are advised for pulk sleds.) Our Retail/Rental Shop carries everything for the cross country skier! Ski and snowshoe equipment, wax supplies, long underwear, Swix and Sporthill clothing, socks, gloves, mittens, hats, headbands, earmuffs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, hand/toe heaters, water bottles, cameras, sunglasses, lip balm, face protectant, ski holders, thermometers, books, Finnish imported gifts and specialty foods! Check-in time is 4pm. However, during excessively active lodging periods, tupas may be prepared somewhat later. Lodging guests may arrive at 9am when trails open and enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, tubing and ice-skating until their tupa is prepared. Check-out is by 11am but guests are welcome to enjoy our public facilities until 4:30pm. Public shower/changing room available. (If no one has rented your tupa the day of your check-out, a 4:00pm check-out may be arranged for a nominal fee. Please inquire at front desk.) GROCERY STORES & WAL-MARTS: From NYS Thruway (I-90) Exit 27, Amsterdam: Follow Rte. 30 north approximately three miles. Price Chopper & Hannaford's supermarkets and Wal-Mart on right. Price Chopper: open seven days, 24 hours. Hannaford’s: open seven days 6am - midnight.From NYS Thruway (I-90) Exit 28, Fonda-Fultonville: Follow Rte. 30A north into Johnstown. Price Chopper in Pyramid Mall open seven days, 24 hours. Continuing north, Hannaford's & Wal-mart in Gloversville. Hannaford's open seven days 7am-11pm.
